* Gian Turiello*
Gian grew up in New Jersey where he made the 5 hour commute to Mount Snow on the weekends. He went to college in New Hampshire and made some of his best friends there and continued making weekend trips to Carinthia. Shortly after graduating, he moved to Vermont full time with no plan and without knowing anyone. He landed a job at Darkside, Vermont and since then has befriended some of the "most rad people in the planet." He is super thankful for how Darkside has changed his life, from helping him form friendships, and also turning his passion for snowboarding into a career.

Do you listen to music when you ride?
Mostly when I am by myself.
What music are you listening to when you ride?
recently, a lot of "The Mystery Lights". A ton of solid shreddin' tunes from them.
Goals for the season?
push myself to learn new tricks, front board 4s, wear a helmet more frequently, stretch more, and most importantly, have fun with the homies
I had a lot of fun doing this shoot! The weather was great, and we got a bunch of laps in, so I was able to get a lot of shots of Gian!
