Park Profiles Week Six
* Koa Gonet*
Merry Christmas! Koa is this week's athlete. I noticed Koa riding at Killington a couple of years ago and he stood out to me as a young rising star. I see Koa lapping all the time and he is always throwing down.
Koa was born in Rhode Island but has spent his whole life in Vermont. Koa's dad taught him how to snowboard at Okemo. He spent mostly all his life riding at Okemo and Stratton until a couple years ago when he decided to make the commute from Ludlow to Killington to ride Killington instead.
From riding at Killington, Koa found the Darkside crew, where he has received lots of support through his years of snowboarding. Koa now works at Darkside and plans to be snowboard his whole life.

My mom. She has always been there for me and supported me.

Learning lots of tricks and having fun with the homies.
